🛠 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Our products are mostly made to order, especially for you, according to your personal choices and preferences. For this reason, personalized products cannot be returned (except for the Agua collection).

💧 Right of withdrawal for the Agua collection

We want your experience with our furniture to be as pleasant as possible. Therefore, for furniture sets from the Agua collection, you have 14 calendar days to change your mind.

How it works:

You have 14 days from the moment you receive the product to let us know that you want to return it.

Return shipping costs are borne by you.
We recommend that you ship the products in safe packaging and, if possible, insured for transport.

💸 Refund

After we receive the return and check the product:

We will refund the product value within 14 calendar days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase (unless we agree otherwise).

⚠️ A few important things

The products must be returned in their original condition, without any signs of use, with all accessories and original packaging.
If the product shows signs of wear, defects or damaged packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return and resend the product to you.
If we accept the return, the whole process is simple and fast – without unnecessary discussions.
